From 2011 to 2018, I was an active professional volleyball player in Romania’s National Volleyball Championship. In 2014 I completed my undergraduate studies in Sports Sciences and Health at “Vasile Alecsandri” University in Bacău, and then earned a master’s degree in Sports Performance from the same institution in 2017. In 2018, I discovered an opening for a physical education and sports teacher at “Alexandru Papiu Ilarian” Theoretical High School in Dej, my hometown, where I was previously a student. This opportunity inspired me to pursue the teacher certification exam and transition into a new career.

My passion for teaching and education has been present since my youth, influenced by my father, who is also a PE and sports teacher. Growing up in an environment filled with students, teachers, and sports, the school and gym became like a second home.

My initial teaching role was at the high school where I had been a student, allowing me to work alongside former teachers and even with my father. This experience was both unique and valuable.

My professional background is primarily in competitive sports, both as a coach and a player. In 2019, I earned a silver medal in the U13 National Volleyball Championship. Between 2020 and 2021, I was selected to coach the Romanian National Team, participating in several international events. The team included six players from my own squad, some of whom were key starters. I then advanced to coaching senior teams, and in 2022, I joined Rapid Bucharest as a coach. With Rapid Bucharest, I achieved a silver medal in the 2024 Romanian Cup and a bronze medal in the National Championship.

I am known for being attentive, energetic, and always smiling. My greatest passion is sports, complemented by my interests in playing the guitar, fishing, and enjoying nature walks.

I chose to join Avenor because of its strong focus on the comprehensive development of children, with sports and physical education being key priorities.  I am eager to contribute to the harmonious development of the students and share my life experiences, just as the teachers and coaches who inspired me have done.
